Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by R Tyson, trading as Northern Trade Enquiries. We decide how your details are used. You can contact us about your data at enquiries@scunthorpegaragedoors.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, postcode, the kind of work you need and any message. The form also records which page you sent it from.

What we use it for

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To pass your enquiry to one local garage door firm, but only after you tell us you're happy for us to do that.
• Nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell your details.

We rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using your details from then on.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
• Our email provider, which stores the message.
• The one garage door firm you agree we can pass your enquiry to. Once it has your details, it is responsible for how it uses them.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries a year after we receive them, or sooner if you ask.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Our web host processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email us and we'll reply within a month.

The Information Commissioner's Office recommends raising a concern with the organisation first; if you're unhappy with its response, you can then complain to the ICO^[1].
